3.2 Assembly Steps

1. Begin by assembling the main iron frame structure according to the diagrams in the assembly guide. Ensure all screws are finger-tightened initially.
2. Attach the wooden shelves to the designated frame sections. Fully tighten all screws once the frame is stable.
3. Install the 4 heavy-duty casters into the base of the cart. You have the option to use foot pads instead of wheels if stationary placement is preferred.
4. Insert the fabric drawers into their respective slots. The partitioned drawer is designed for coffee packets and tea bags, while the open drawer is for pods and cups.
5. Attach the side storage baskets to the iron frame at your desired height. These are designed to hold syrup bottles.
6. Mount the "Coffee Bar" sign, hanging tray, and S-hooks onto the grid panel at the top of the cart. These components are adjustable and can be arranged as needed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Utilizing Storage Compartments

• Top Surface: Ideal for placing coffee machines, toasters, or other small appliances. Ensure the weight does not exceed 50 lbs.
• Middle Shelf: Suitable for microwaves, bulk coffee beans, or larger items. Maximum weight capacity is 50 lbs.
• Bottom Cabinet: Features visual magnetic doors to securely store fragile items or larger containers. Maximum weight capacity is 50 lbs.
• Fabric Drawers: Use the partitioned drawer for organized storage of coffee packets, sugar, and tea bags. The open drawer is suitable for coffee pods, disposable cups, or long spoons.
• Side Baskets: Designed to hold 8-10 standard coffee syrup bottles, positioning them at an ideal height for pump use.

4.2 Mobility and Stability

• To move the cart, unlock the two lockable caster wheels. Use the side handles for easy maneuvering.
• When the cart is in its desired location, engage the locks on the caster wheels to ensure stability and prevent unintended movement.
• The three-sided railings on the shelves and magnetic door closures on the bottom cabinet help secure items during transport.

5. Maintenance
