Setup

1. SIM Card Installation (if not pre-installed)

Ensure the provided 4G SIM card is correctly inserted into the tracker. Refer to the device's SIM card slot for proper orientation.

2. Wiring Guide

The VITALGLOW Hardwired GPS Tracker connects directly to your vehicle's power supply. It operates on a voltage range of 9V to 95V. Follow these steps for wiring:

  1. Connect the Red wire to the vehicle's positive (+) power terminal.
  2. Connect the Black wire to the vehicle's negative (-) ground terminal.
  3. (Optional) Connect the Orange wire to the ACC (Accessory) wire of your vehicle to detect when the vehicle ignition is on. The device functions without ACC wiring, but this connection enables ignition status alerts.

Once connected, the device will draw power directly from the car, eliminating the need for recharging. It automatically enters sleep mode a few minutes after the vehicle is turned off.

3. App Download and Account Registration

Download the official VITALGLOW tracking application from your device's app store (available for Android and iOS). Follow the in-app instructions to register a new account.

4. Device Binding

After registering, use the app to scan the Serial Number (SN) on your GPS tracker to bind the device to your account. This completes the setup process.

Operating Instructions

1. Real-Time Tracking

The tracker provides location updates every 30 seconds, allowing for precise real-time monitoring of your vehicle's position. Access the live tracking map through the mobile application.

2. Geo-Fencing

Set up virtual boundaries (geo-fences) within the app. You will receive instant notifications when the vehicle enters or exits these designated areas.

3. Driving Alerts

Configure various alerts through the app to stay informed about vehicle activity:

  • Vehicle Starting Notification: Receive an alert when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.
  • Vehicle Overspeed Notification: Get notified if the vehicle exceeds a preset speed limit.
  • Disassemble Alert Notification: An alert is sent if the tracker is tampered with or disconnected.
  • Leave Fence Notification: Alerts for exiting a defined geo-fence.

4. Trip History

The device stores up to 180 days of trip history, allowing you to review past routes, stop points, and driving patterns for comprehensive analysis.

5. Multi-Device Management

Maintenance

1. Waterproof Design

The tracker features an IP67 waterproof rating, making it resistant to dust and water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This ensures durability in various environmental conditions.

2. Power Supply

As a hardwired device, the tracker draws power directly from your vehicle's battery and does not require internal battery recharging for continuous operation. A small internal Lithium Polymer battery is included for backup or specific functions, but the primary power is from the vehicle.

3. General Care
