Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your Merax Outdoor Patio Daybed.

Acacia Wood Frame Care:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the wood frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately to prevent water spots.
  • Protection: To maintain the wood's appearance and protect it from weathering, periodically apply a suitable outdoor wood oil or sealant. Follow the product manufacturer's instructions for application.
  • Storage: During harsh weather conditions or prolonged periods of non-use, it is recommended to cover the daybed or store it in a sheltered area to protect the wood.

Cushion Care:

  • Water Resistance: The cushions are covered with a non-porous, water-resistant material, making spills easy to clean. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
  • Cleaning Spills: Promptly wipe up spills with a clean, dry cloth. For more extensive cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, then rinse and air dry completely.
  • Storage: To prolong the life of the cushions, store them indoors during inclement weather or when not in use for extended periods.
