1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the MORMOQUE G2 Neckband Bluetooth Headphones. These wireless in-ear earbuds are designed for an immersive audio experience, featuring HiFi bass, IPX6 waterproofing, and a dedicated gaming mode. With a comfortable neckband design and long-lasting battery, they are suitable for sports, music, gaming, and calls.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the neckband and a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. A 10-minute charge provides up to 4 hours of playback.

3.2 Powering On/Off and Pairing

The G2 headphones feature a built-in Hall magnetic switch for intelligent power management. When the magnetic earbuds are separated, the headphones automatically power on and enter pairing mode. When engaged (magnetically connected), they automatically disconnect and power off to save battery.

• Power On: Separate the magnetic earbuds. A voice prompt will indicate the connection status.
• Power Off: Engage (connect) the magnetic earbuds.
• Manual Power On/Off: Long press the multi-function button (usually the play/pause button) for approximately 3 seconds.

For initial pairing:

1. Separate the magnetic earbuds to power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "MORMOQUE G2" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "MORMOQUE G2" to connect. A voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when separated, if within a 10-meter range.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls

The headphones feature intuitive button controls located on the neckband:

• Play/Pause: Click the multi-function button.
• Answer/End Call: Click the multi-function button.
• Reject Call: Long press the multi-function button.
• Next Track: Click the Volume Up (+) button.
• Previous Track: Click the Volume Down (-) button.
• Volume Up: Long press the Volume Up (+) button.
• Volume Down: Long press the Volume Down (-) button.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Double click the multi-function button.

4.2 Gaming Mode and Music Mode

The G2 headphones offer distinct modes optimized for different uses:

• Gaming Mode: Provides low latency for an enhanced gaming experience. To activate, press the multi-function button 3 times.
• Music Mode: Delivers powerful deep bass and high-fidelity sound. To switch back from Gaming Mode, press the multi-function button 3 times again.

4.3 ENC Noise Isolation

The Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) function effectively suppresses background noise, reducing environmental noise by up to 35dB. This improves the clarity of your calls, ensuring clear communication even in noisy environments.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning and Storage

To maintain the performance and longevity of your headphones:

• Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the charging port is free of dust and debris.
• When not in use, engage the magnetic earbuds to prevent tangling and save battery. Store them in a cool, dry place.

5.2 Waterproofing

The G2 headphones are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes them suitable for use during sports and in rainy conditions. However, they are not designed for submersion in water.

5.3 Comfortable Fit

The neckband is made from soft TPU material for comfort during extended wear. The headphones come with optional sized silicone earbud covers (S, M, L) and ear braces to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for various ear shapes and activities.
