4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Vinsetto Executive Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the heavy-duty metal base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base. Cover the gas lift with the telescopic plastic cover.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws provided in the hardware pack.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
5. Attach Backrest to Seat and Armrests: Connect the backrest to the seat cushion and the armrests. Secure with screws. Once all connections are made, fully tighten all screws on the armrests and backrest.
6. Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism plate aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.

5. Operating Instructions

• Tilt Tension Adjustment: The round knob located under the front of the seat allows you to adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to rock).
