1. Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove the All-in-One desktop and its accessories from the packaging. Place the desktop on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation around the unit.

2. Connecting Peripherals

1. Keyboard and Mouse: Connect the wired HP 310 keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports on the back of the desktop.
2. Power: Connect the power cord to the coaxial plug power jack on the back of the desktop, then plug the other end into a wall outlet.

3. Initial Power On

Press the power button, usually located on the side or bottom bezel of the display. The system will boot up, and you will be guided through the Windows 10 Home setup process.

Power Management

• Power On: Press the power button.
• Shut Down: Click the Start button, then Power, and select "Shut down."
• Restart: Click the Start button, then Power, and select "Restart."
• Sleep: Click the Start button, then Power, and select "Sleep."

Display and Graphics

Your HP 27-cr100 features a 27-inch LED-backlit IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. The anti-glare screen and 300 nits brightness provide a comfortable viewing experience. Graphics are handled by integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics.

Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: The system supports Realtek Wi-Fi 6 (2x2) for high-speed wireless internet access. Connect to your network via Windows settings.
• Bluetooth: Bluetooth 5.3 allows connection to wireless peripherals such as headphones, speakers, or other input devices. Pair devices through Windows Bluetooth settings.
• Ethernet: A 10/100/1000Mbps LAN port is available for wired network connections.

Camera and Audio

• 720p HD Camera: The integrated camera features a privacy shutter. Slide the shutter to cover the lens when not in use for enhanced privacy.
• Audio: Dual 2W speakers provide integrated sound. A Headphone/Microphone Combo Jack is available for external audio devices.

Cleaning

• Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen.
• Chassis: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings are clear of dust and obstructions to prevent overheating.

Software Updates

Regularly update your Windows 10 Home operating system and drivers to ensure optimal performance and security. Access Windows Update through the Settings menu.

No Power

• Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the desktop and the wall outlet.
• Verify the wall outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
• Check the power button for any damage or obstruction.

Display Issues

• If the screen is blank, ensure the desktop is powered on and not in sleep mode.
• Adjust display settings in Windows if resolution or scaling appears incorrect.

Connectivity Problems

• Wi-Fi: Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings. Restart your router and the desktop.
• Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and devices are properly paired.
• Wired Network: Verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the desktop and the router/modem.
