This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your LiTHELi 4.0Ah 20V Lithium Battery Pack (Model: U20BY09). Designed for versatility, this battery pack powers a wide range of LiTHELi U20 tools and can also serve as a portable power bank for various electronic devices. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure optimal performance and safety.

3. Setup

Before using your LiTHELi U20 Battery Pack for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it. Ensure the battery pack is clean and free from any debris or moisture before connecting it to a charger or tool.

3.1 Initial Charge

1. Unpack the battery pack and any included charging cables.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the battery pack.
3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included) or the LiTHELi charging dock (if purchased separately).
4. Allow the battery to charge until the charge indicator lights show a full charge.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using with LiTHELi U20 Tools

1. Ensure the battery pack is fully charged.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery slot on your LiTHELi U20 tool.
3. Slide the battery pack firmly into the slot until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove, press the battery release button (if present on the tool) and slide the battery out.

4.2 Using as a Power Bank

1. Connect your electronic device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) to the USB-C port on the battery pack using a compatible USB-C cable.
2. The battery pack will automatically begin charging your device.
3. To check the battery pack's charge level, press the physical button on the top surface.

5. Charging the Battery Pack

The LiTHELi U20 Battery Pack offers flexible charging options to ensure you're always powered up.

5.1 USB-C Charging

• Use the provided USB-C to USB-C cable.
• Connect one end to the battery pack's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB-C power adapter (e.g., a 45W or 65W charger for fast charging, not included).
• The battery supports up to 45W fast charging, allowing for quick recharges.

5.2 Charging Dock (Sold Separately)

• Insert the battery pack into the designated slot on the LiTHELi charging dock.
• Connect the charging dock to a standard AC power outlet using the provided 2-prong AC cord.
• The charging dock features a built-in fan for efficient cooling during charging.

6. Safety Information

Always follow these safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the battery pack and connected devices.

• Do not expose the battery pack to water, rain, or excessive moisture.
• Do not store or use the battery pack in temperatures exceeding 55℃ (131℉) or below -20℃ (-4℉).
• Avoid dropping, puncturing, or disassembling the battery pack.
• Keep the battery pack away from heat sources, open flames, and direct sunlight.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• If the battery pack shows signs of damage, swelling, or leakage, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Only use chargers and tools specified by LiTHELi for compatibility.
