1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

3. Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

  • Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  • Clean the basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

Placement:

  • Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
  • Do not place anything on top of the appliance.

Pre-heating (Optional but Recommended):

  • Plug the air fryer into a grounded wall outlet.
  • Set the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and time to 5 minutes.
  • Allow the appliance to run for 5 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

4. Operating Instructions

  • Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
  • Temperature Control: Up/Down arrows to adjust temperature.
  • Time Control: Up/Down arrows to adjust cooking time.
  • Menu/Preset Button: Cycles through various preset cooking programs.
  • Start/Pause Button: Initiates or pauses the cooking cycle.

General Operation:

  1. Place the food into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
  2. Slide the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  3. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  4. Select a preset program using the Menu button, or manually set the desired temperature and time using the respective Up/Down arrows.
  5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  6. During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn the food. The air fryer will automatically pause and resume cooking once the basket is reinserted.
  7. Once the cooking time is complete, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
  8. Carefully remove the basket and empty the cooked food onto a plate.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the air fryer after every use. The basket and pan have a non-stick coating. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or metal utensils to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Unplug the air fryer from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down completely.
  2. Remove the basket and pan. Wash them in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Clean the heating element inside the air fryer with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or using again.
