3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your headset. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable to the headset's USB-C port and a power source. A full charge provides up to 75 hours of battery life via Bluetooth (ANC off) or 70 hours via 2.4GHz (ANC off). A 15-minute rapid charge can provide up to 8 hours of playback (ANC off).
3.2 Connecting the Microphone
Insert the detachable boom mic into the designated port on the left earcup. Ensure it is securely connected. The mic shield can be placed over the microphone for reduced plosive sounds.

3.3 Connectivity Options
The headset supports tri-mode connectivity: 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB wired connection.
3.3.1 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Insert the USB-C Wireless Dongle into a compatible USB-C port on your device (PC, gaming console). Use the USB-A to USB-C adapter if your device only has USB-A ports.
- Power on the headset. It should automatically connect to the dongle. The LED indicator on the headset will confirm connection.
3.3.2 Bluetooth Connection
- Power on the headset.
- Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the headset (refer to the operating controls section for specific button presses).
- On your device (PC, mobile, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Alienware Pro Headset" from the list of available devices.
- The headset supports Bluetooth 5.3 with a range of up to 30 meters.
3.3.3 USB Wired Connection
Connect the headset directly to your device using the USB-A to USB-C cable for a wired audio and charging connection.

5. Maintenance
