Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your RENPHO Heat Wrap, please refer to the following table:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heat wrap does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet issue; controller not connected properly; internal fault. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the connection between the controller and the pad. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Heat wrap is not heating. | Heat level set too low; auto-off timer activated; internal fault. | Increase the heat level using the "+" button. If the 2-hour auto-off timer has elapsed, press the power button to restart. |
| Heat wrap turns off unexpectedly. | Auto-off timer activated; overheat protection triggered. | This is normal operation due to the 2-hour auto-off feature. If it turns off much sooner, ensure the pad is not folded or bunched, which can trigger overheat protection. Allow it to cool before restarting. |
| LED display is not working. | Controller malfunction. | Unplug and re-plug the unit. If the display remains off, contact customer support. |
