Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack and Position Frame: Carefully remove the folded tent frame from its packaging. Place the frame in the desired location for setup. Ensure the ground is level and clear of obstructions.
  2. Partially Extend Frame: With two people, gently pull the opposing corners of the frame outwards until it is partially extended. Do not fully extend yet.
  3. Attach Roof Covering: Drape the 600D Oxford fabric roof covering over the partially extended frame. Ensure the peak of the roof aligns with the center of the frame and the corners are correctly positioned. Secure the roof covering to the frame using any integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps) if present.

  5. Fully Extend Frame: Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended and the locking mechanisms (if any) engage. Ensure all crossbars are straight and taut.

  7. Adjust Leg Height: Extend the telescopic legs to the desired height. Press the push-button or release lever on each leg and slide the inner leg section upwards until it locks into place at the desired height. Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability.

  9. Secure the Tent: Use the provided fastening ropes and ground nails to secure the tent to the ground. Attach ropes to the tent's corners or designated points on the frame, and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle.

  11. Final Check: Verify that all connections are secure, the roof fabric is taut, and the tent is stable.

Operating the Tent

This pop-up tent is designed for temporary outdoor use as a sunshade or shelter for events. It is not intended for permanent installation or use in adverse weather conditions.

  • Usage: Ideal for parties, BBQs, festivals, camping, or as a large sunshade in your backyard.
  • Disassembly: To disassemble, reverse the setup steps. Lower the legs, release the frame locking mechanisms, and gently push the frame inwards to fold. Remove the roof covering and fold it neatly.
  • Storage: Store the folded tent frame and roof covering in a dry, protected area to prevent damage and prolong product life.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the roof covering with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before folding and storing.
