Cooking Tips & Tricks
- To reduce cooking time, use the Preheat function prior to placing food in the air fryer basket. Exercise caution when placing food in the preheated air fryer basket as it will be hot.
- For a more crispy texture, lightly coat or spritz food with oil prior to placing it in the air fryer basket. Do not use cooking spray in the air fryer basket as it may cause the non-stick coating to fail prematurely. Use oil in a spray bottle.
- Use the Shake Function: This feature helps cook food more evenly on both sides. The cooking light will blink along with a notification bell to remind you to shake the basket halfway through cooking time.
- Wet marinated foods or wet batter-fried foods will not work well in an air fryer. Wet batter is better suited for deep frying. Pat dry wet marinated foods to prevent excess splatter and smoke.
- Avoid overfilling your air fryer basket. An overfilled air fryer basket will prevent air from properly circulating, causing uneven cooking.
- Adjust cooking time for smaller batches. Smaller batches of food may cook quicker than suggested cooking time/temperature. Check often and adjust time/temperature as required.
- Use a food thermometer to check the doneness of meats, poultry, and seafood.

Maintenance and Cleaning
WARNING: NEVER immerse the cord, plug, or Air Fryer body in water or any liquid.
Cleaning your Air Fryer:
- Clean your air fryer after every use.
- Unplug the air fryer from the electrical outlet after every use and before cleaning.

- Remove the Air Fryer Basket and crisper tray from the air fryer. The Air Fryer Basket and crisper tray are dishwasher safe. You can also hand wash them with warm water, dish detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- NEVER use abrasive sponges on the air fryer basket or crisper tray nonstick surface as it may cause them to flake off.
- NEVER use oven cleaner to clean air fryer components as they will damage the nonstick coating and air fryer metal components.
- If the air fryer basket and crisper tray have remnant residue stuck on, fill the air fryer basket with hot water and dish detergent and leave it for 1 hour before attempting to clean again with a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe down the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not wipe down the heating element.
