Main Components:
- Digital Display: Shows current pressure and target pressure.
- Control Buttons:
- +: Increase target pressure.
- -: Decrease target pressure.
- ⇌: Switch between pressure units (PSI/BAR).
- ⏻: Power On/Off and Start/Stop inflation/deflation.
- Inflation Port: Connect the hose for inflation.
- Deflation Port: Connect the hose for deflation.
- Carry Handle: For easy portability.

Setup
Charging the Pump:
Before first use, fully charge the pump's internal battery. The pump can be charged via the included USB-C cable or the 12V DC car power cable.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the pump's charging port and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a 12V DC car outlet using the provided adapter.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours using QC3.0 fast charging.
- The battery indicator on the display will show charging progress.

Attaching the Hose and Nozzles:
Select the appropriate nozzle adapter for your inflatable item. The pump comes with multiple adapters to fit various valve types.
- Twist the desired nozzle adapter onto the end of the air hose until secure.
- For inflation, connect the other end of the hose to the Inflation Port on the pump.
- For deflation, connect the other end of the hose to the Deflation Port on the pump.
Operating Instructions
Inflation Process:
- Ensure the pump is charged and the correct nozzle is attached to the hose.
- Connect the hose to the Inflation Port on the pump.
- Insert the nozzle firmly into the valve of your inflatable item.
- Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the pump. The display will light up.
- Use the + and - buttons to set your desired target pressure (PSI or BAR). Press ⇌ to switch units.
- Press the power button (⏻) again to start inflation.
- The pump will operate in a dual-stage process:
- Stage 1 (High Volume): Rapidly inflates to a lower pressure (approx. 400 L/min) to quickly fill the inflatable's volume.
- Stage 2 (High Pressure): Automatically switches to a higher pressure mode (approx. 80 L/min) to reach the set target pressure.
- The pump will automatically shut off once the target pressure is reached.
- Remove the nozzle from the inflatable valve and disconnect the hose from the pump.

Figure 5: Fast Inflation. The pump connected to a paddleboard, demonstrating its ability to inflate a 10.6ft SUP to 12 PSI in 7.5 minutes or 15 PSI in 9.5 minutes.

Figure 6: Automatic Dual-Stage Inflation. This diagram visually explains how the pump first uses a high-volume stage (400 L/min) and then switches to a high-pressure stage (75 L/min) to achieve the desired PSI, with an automatic shut-off feature.
Deflation Process:
The pump can also be used to quickly deflate items, making packing up easier.
- Connect the hose to the Deflation Port on the pump.
- Insert the nozzle firmly into the valve of your inflatable item.
- Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the pump.
- Press the power button (⏻) again to start deflation.
- Allow the pump to run until the inflatable is fully deflated.
- Remove the nozzle and disconnect the hose.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior of the pump with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure the inflation and deflation ports are free from dust, sand, or debris. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Storage:
- Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Keep the hose and nozzle adapters organized to prevent loss or damage.
- For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 50-70% every few months to maintain battery health.
Battery Care:
- Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
- Do not leave the pump connected to a charger indefinitely after it is fully charged.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Pump does not turn on. | Battery is depleted. | Charge the pump fully. |
Pump turns on but does not inflate/deflate. | Hose not properly connected or ports blocked. | Ensure hose is securely connected to the correct port (inflation/deflation). Check for obstructions in ports or hose. |
Pump stops before reaching target pressure. | Overheating protection activated. | Allow the pump to cool down for 10-15 minutes before resuming operation. Ensure cooling vents are not blocked. |
Inaccurate pressure reading. | Nozzle not securely attached to valve. | Ensure the nozzle is tightly sealed to the inflatable's valve. |
Pump is excessively noisy. | Normal operation during high-pressure stage. | This is normal, especially during the second, high-pressure stage of inflation. |
