Setup and Operation
Selecting the Correct Plug Type
The TESSAN Universal Travel Adapter features retractable pins for various international outlets. To deploy the correct plug type:
- Identify the required plug type for your destination (e.g., Type A for USA, Type C for EU, Type G for UK, Type I for Australia).
- Locate the corresponding slider on the side of the adapter.
- Push the slider button in and slide it forward until the pins fully extend and lock into place. Ensure the pins are fully extended to make a secure connection.
- To retract the pins, push the slider button in and slide it backward until the pins are fully recessed.

Charging Your Devices
The adapter provides multiple options for charging your electronic devices:
- Universal AC Outlet: Plug in your device's power adapter into the universal AC outlet on the front of the TESSAN adapter. This outlet is compatible with US, EU, UK, and AU plugs.
- Built-in USB-C Cable: Pull out the integrated USB-C cable from the side of the adapter. This cable provides up to 35W max charging when used alone.
- USB-C Ports (C2/C3): Use your own USB-C cables with the two additional USB-C ports, each offering up to 15W max charging.
- USB-A Ports (A1/A2): Use your own USB-A cables with the two USB-A ports, each offering up to 12W max charging.

Important Note: Not a Voltage Converter
This universal travel adapter is NOT a voltage converter.
It only adapts the shape of the plug to fit different wall outlets. It does not change the voltage. Ensure that your electronic devices support dual voltage (100V-250V) before plugging them into the adapter, especially high-power appliances like hair dryers, straighteners, or curling irons. Using devices that do not support the local voltage can cause damage to the device and the adapter, and may pose a safety risk.

Maintenance and Safety
- Fuse Protection: The adapter is equipped with double 10A fuse protection. If the adapter stops working, check if the fuse needs replacement. Refer to the product diagram for fuse location.
