Setup

Wiring:

Connect the relay to your power source (AC 110-220V) and the load according to standard electrical wiring practices. Refer to the wiring diagram provided on the device or in supplementary documentation for specific terminal connections. Ensure all connections are secure before applying power.

Initial Power-On:

Once wired, apply power to the device. The LED display will illuminate, indicating the relay is operational. The device will automatically save any settings after 6 seconds of inactivity in setting mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting Time (T1 and T2):

  1. Press the SET button to enter the time setting mode. The digital display will flash.
  2. Use the Up or Down buttons to adjust the values for time T1 and time T2.
  3. After setting the desired times, wait for 5 seconds. The module will automatically save the data.

2. Setting Parameters (P0 and P1 Modes):

  1. Press the SET button to enter the parameter setting mode.
  2. In this mode, short press SET to switch between P0 and P1 parameters.
  3. Use the Up or Down buttons to adjust the specific parameter values within P0 or P1.
  4. Wait for 5 seconds after adjustment for the module to save the settings.

P0 Parameter Settings (Timing Mode):

  • P0-0: Timing mode in seconds (0-999 seconds).
  • P0-1: Timing mode in minutes (0-999 minutes).
  • P0-2: Timing mode in hours (0-999 hours).

P1 Parameter Settings (Operating Logic):

  • P1-0: T1 delay relay (T1 timer). The relay energizes after T1.
  • P1-1: T1 delay time relay release (T1 timer). The relay is energized, then de-energizes after T1.
  • P1-2: Delay relay after T1 (T1 timer), then relay releases after T2 (T2 timer) ends. (Energize after T1, de-energize after T2).
  • P1-3: T1 delay time relay releases (T1 timer), then T2 delay time relay energizes (T2 timing) ends. (De-energize after T1, energize after T2).
  • P1-4: Delay relay after T1 (T1 timer), then release relay after T2 (T2 timer), and repeat the cycle. (Cycle: Energize for T1, de-energize for T2).
  • P1-5: T1 delay relay release (T1 timer), then delay T2 relay energization (T2 timer), repeat the cycle. (Cycle: De-energize for T1, energize for T2).

Maintenance

The T3230/T3231 Digital Time Delay Relay requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean and free from dust. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating. Regularly check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear.
