This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your RhinoRC YUE ONE V2 Sporty Crawler Car. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the vehicle to ensure proper function and longevity.

Safety Information

Recommended age for operation: 14+ years.

• Always operate the vehicle in open areas, away from people, pets, and obstacles.
• Do not operate near water or in wet conditions unless the vehicle is specifically designed for it.
• Ensure all connections are secure before operation.
• Use only recommended batteries and charging equipment.
• Keep fingers and loose clothing away from moving parts.
• Store the vehicle and components in a cool, dry place.

Setup

1. Required Components

Before operating your YUE ONE V2 crawler, ensure you have the following:

• A compatible Radio System (transmitter and receiver).
• A suitable Battery (recommended: 4s 850mAh 75CC LiPo battery).
• A compatible Battery Charger.

2. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the chassis.
2. Connect the battery to the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) using the appropriate connectors.
3. Secure the battery within the compartment to prevent movement during operation.

3. Radio System Binding (Refer to your Radio System Manual)

Follow the instructions provided with your specific radio system to bind the transmitter to the receiver installed in the YUE ONE V2 crawler. This process establishes communication between your controller and the vehicle.

4. Initial Inspection

Before the first run, visually inspect the vehicle:

• Check all screws and fasteners for tightness.
• Ensure suspension components move freely.
• Verify that the steering servo operates correctly and the wheels turn in response to the transmitter.
• Confirm that the motor and ESC connections are secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

Once your radio system is bound and the battery is connected, you can control the crawler using your transmitter:

• Forward/Backward: Typically controlled by the throttle trigger/stick.
• Left/Right: Controlled by the steering wheel/stick.
• Deformation: This model may feature specific articulation or suspension adjustments. Refer to your radio system's advanced functions for any programmable "deformation" or mode changes.

2. Driving Tips for Crawlers

• Slow and Controlled: RC crawlers excel at slow, precise movements over challenging terrain. Avoid sudden, fast inputs.
• Weight Transfer: Use throttle and steering to shift the vehicle's weight, aiding in traction and preventing rollovers on inclines.
• Line Choice: Carefully plan your path over obstacles. Look for lines that allow all four wheels to maintain contact and traction.
• Spotting: If possible, observe the crawler from different angles to anticipate challenges and adjust your driving.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your crawler.

1. After Each Use

• Clean the Vehicle: Remove dirt, mud, and debris from the chassis, suspension, and wheels using a soft brush or compressed air. Avoid using water directly on electronics.
• Inspect for Damage: Check for bent links, loose screws, damaged tires, or any other visible wear and tear.
• Charge Batteries: Recharge your drive battery and transmitter battery as needed.

2. Periodic Maintenance

• Lubrication: Apply appropriate RC-specific grease or oil to moving parts like universal joints (CVDs) and gearboxes as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Suspension Check: Inspect shocks for leaks and ensure smooth operation. The external spring 95mm aluminum body shocks can be oil-filled; check oil levels periodically.
• Tighten Fasteners: Regularly check and tighten all screws, especially those on axles, suspension links, and motor mounts.
• Gear Inspection: Periodically inspect the hardened steel gears in the axles for wear.
• Ball Bearings: Ensure all full ball bearings are clean and running smoothly. Replace any rough or seized bearings.
