Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Prepare the Door Panel and Install Tracks

Ensure your door panel has the necessary 1-inch L-groove at the top and a U-groove at the bottom. Place the top track into the pre-cut L-groove and secure it with the provided ST4 screws. Then, place the buffer at one end of the door panel, ensuring it is in the open state. Install side wheels on both sides of the track. After installing the floor wheels and track, tighten the screws.

2. Install Wall Components (Main Bracket and Lower Positioning Wheel)

Use a level to ensure that the door opening is perfectly level and plumb. Mark the drilling points for the main bracket on the wall. Install expansion screws and then secure the main bracket. For the lower positioning wheel, locate and drill holes on the floor, then install expansion screws and the lower positioning wheel.

4. Adjustment and Finishing

Use the provided hexagonal screws to adjust the vertical position of the door until it hangs correctly. After completion, tighten the safety buckle screws. Ensure there is at least a 2 mm gap for the safety buckle to function properly. Open and close the door several times to check that the soft-close mechanism functions smoothly and quietly.
