1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Handset

1. Connect the AC Power Adapter to the Charging Cradle.
2. Plug the AC Power Adapter into a power outlet.
3. Place the Poly Rove 30 Handset into the Charging Cradle. Ensure the charging contacts align. The battery icon on the handset display will indicate charging status.

5.1. Cleaning the Handset

The Poly Rove 30 Handset features Microban® antimicrobial product protection, which helps keep the device cleaner for longer by actively reducing the growth of bacteria. To clean the exterior:

• Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the device's finish and antimicrobial coating.
• Ensure no liquid enters openings such as the speaker, microphone, or headset port.

5.2. Battery Care

• For optimal battery life, fully charge the handset before first use.
• Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures.
• If the handset will not be used for an extended period, store it with a partial charge (around 50%) in a cool, dry place.
• Replace the battery if you notice a significant decrease in talk or standby time. Use only genuine HP/Poly replacement batteries.

6.2. Poor Audio Quality
