4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Mounting the Unit
Choose a suitable location near your door or gate, ensuring it is within Wi-Fi range and has access to power. The unit is designed for outdoor use but the keypad is not watertight, so consider a sheltered location if possible.

4.2 Wiring Diagram
The system can be powered by the control panel of the access control system or by an external DC 12V-24V power source. Refer to the diagram below for typical wiring configurations.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Initial Setup and Admin Password
When the keypad indicator is blinking, the keypad is in standby mode. To enter programming mode, press the * key. The default admin password is 999999. Confirm with #.
5.2 Adding User Fingerprint
To add a user fingerprint, enter programming mode, then press 11. Follow the prompts to fingerprint twice. Press * twice to exit.

5.3 Adding User Code (PIN)
To add a user code, enter programming mode, then press 11. Input a user number (e.g., 23) and confirm with #. Then input a 4-digit user code (e.g., 2580) and confirm with #. Press * twice to exit.

5.4 Adding User Card (Keyfob)
To add a user card, enter programming mode, then press 11. Tap the ID keyfob on the keypad for continuous additions. Press * twice to exit.

5.5 Connecting to Tuya APP
To connect the device to the Tuya APP, enter programming mode, then press 08 to enter WiFi matching mode. Open the Tuya App, add a new device, choose your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and click "Next". The app will connect and add the device. You can then modify the device name.

5.6 Remote Unlocking via Tuya APP
Once connected to the Tuya APP, you can remotely unlock the door from your mobile device. Simply open the app, select the device, and tap the unlock icon.

5.7 Night Vision Functionality
