2. Safety Information

- Maximum Weight Capacity: The upper and lower bunks are designed to support a maximum weight of 400 lbs (181 kg) each. Do not exceed this limit.
- Guardrails: The upper bunk is equipped with full-length and heightened guardrails for maximum security. Ensure the top of the mattress is at least 5 inches (127mm) from the edge of the guardrail.
- Anti-Tipping Device: Utilize the provided sturdy metal anti-tip nails to firmly fix the loft bed to the wall. This is crucial for added stability and safety.
- Mattress Thickness: For the top bunk, a mattress with a thickness of 4"-6" is recommended. For the lower bunk, a mattress with a thickness of 6"-12" is recommended.
- Ladder Safety: Always use the square tube ladder for climbing to and from the upper bunk. Ensure a firm grip and stable footing.
- No Box Spring Needed: The bed features closely packed metal slats designed to support the mattress directly.
