2. Night Vision Modes
The camera features 4 infrared LEDs and 4 white light LEDs, providing three distinct night vision modes:
- Color Mode: White LEDs are always on, providing a full-color image at night.

With P2P technology, you can view and control the camera remotely from anywhere using the Icsee app on your smartphone or tablet. The system supports multiple users, allowing shared access to the live feed and recordings.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Icsee app for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Environmental Protection: While the camera is IP66 rated for water resistance, prolonged direct exposure to harsh weather conditions (e.g., direct sunlight, heavy rain, snow) can affect its lifespan. Consider installing it under a protective cover.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera not connecting to WiFi | Incorrect WiFi password; camera too far from router; 5GHz WiFi network used. | Verify WiFi password; move camera closer to router; ensure router broadcasts 2.4GHz WiFi and connect to it. |
| No image or black screen in app | Camera not powered on; network connection issue; app glitch. | Check power supply; verify network connection; restart the app or camera. |
| Frequent false alarms | Motion detection sensitivity too high; environmental factors (e.g., moving branches, insects). | Adjust motion detection sensitivity in the app; enable AI Humanoid Detection; adjust detection zones. |
| Micro SD card not recording | Card not inserted correctly; card full; incompatible card type; card corrupted. | Reinsert card; format card in app; ensure it's Class 10/V30 (16GB-128GB); replace card if corrupted. |
| Poor night vision quality | Lens obstruction; insufficient ambient light for color mode; IR LEDs blocked. | Clean the lens; switch to Infrared Mode if Color Mode is too dark; ensure no obstructions. |
If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory defaults (refer to the app for reset instructions, usually involving a physical reset button). For further assistance, contact customer support.
