Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the 'Package Included' section are present.
2. Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface near a power outlet.
3. Assembly:
   • Ensure the base is securely positioned.
   • Insert the desired inner component (peeling disc or dewatering basket) into the main drum.
   • Place the main drum onto the base, ensuring it locks securely. There is a safety lock between the upper drum and the base.
   • Place the transparent lid onto the drum, ensuring it locks securely. There is a safety lock between the upper drum and the lid. The machine will not operate if either safety lock is not engaged.

Operating Instructions

A. Peeling Potatoes

1. Preparation: Ensure the stainless steel peeling disc is installed in the drum. Wash potatoes thoroughly. The machine is suitable for potatoes less than 100g (0.22lbs) each, with a maximum capacity of 1kg (2.2 lbs). Do not add water for peeling potatoes.
2. Loading: Place the prepared potatoes into the drum.
3. Secure Lid: Place the lid on the drum and rotate it until it clicks into place, engaging the safety lock.
4. Power On: Plug the appliance into a 110-127V power outlet. Press the power switch located on the base to start the peeling process.
5. Peeling Time: Peeling typically takes about 1 minute.
6. Power Off: Once peeling is complete, press the power switch to turn off the machine. Unplug the appliance before removing the lid and potatoes.

B. Dewatering Vegetables

1. Preparation: Remove the peeling disc and install the vegetable dewatering basket into the drum. Wash and chop vegetables as desired.
2. Loading: Place the washed vegetables into the dewatering basket. Do not overload.
