3. Setup Instructions

The Oaitree A30-1 WiFi Extender offers a straightforward setup process. You can configure it using either the WPS button or a web browser.

3.1. Quick Setup (WPS Method)

Plug In: Plug the WiFi Extender into a power outlet near your existing WiFi router. Wait until the Power LED turns flashing slowly.
Activate WPS on Router: Press the WPS button on your main WiFi router.
Activate WPS on Extender: Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on the Oaitree A30-1 WiFi Extender.
Wait for Connection: The extender's indicator lights will become solid blue, indicating a successful connection.
Reposition: Unplug the extender and move it to a location halfway between your router and the WiFi dead zone. Ensure the indicator lights remain solid blue for optimal signal.

3.2. Web Browser Setup

Plug In: Plug the WiFi Extender into a power outlet. Wait until the Power LED turns flashing slowly.
Connect to Extender's WiFi: On your phone or computer, open WiFi settings and connect to the extender's default network (e.g., "WiFi_Pro_XXXX"). No password is required initially.
Access Setup Page: Open a web browser and enter 192.168.11.1 into the address bar. This will take you to the extender's login page.
Login: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password for the extender.
Select Mode: Choose "Repeater Mode" or "AP Mode" based on your needs.
Select Network: If in Repeater Mode, select your existing WiFi network from the list and enter its password.
