3.1 Door Compatibility

Ensure your door meets the following specifications for proper installation:

• Door Thickness: 1-3/8 inches to 2-1/8 inches (35-54 mm)
• Backset: Adjustable for 2-3/8 inches (60 mm) or 2-3/4 inches (70 mm)

• Q: Why is this lock not compatible with my door?
  A: The fingerprint door lock is designed to fit US standard doors with a backset of 2-3/8" (60 mm) and 2-3/4" (70 mm), and door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 2-1/8" (35 mm - 54 mm).
