3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect all parts for any signs of damage. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not operate the saw and contact customer support.

3.2 Assembly (if required)

3.3 Saw Blade Installation/Check

The 8.5-inch, 80-tooth wood saw blade may come pre-installed. If not, or if you need to replace it:

  1. Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Lift the blade guard.
  3. Use the provided wrench to loosen the blade arbor nut.
  4. Carefully remove the old blade and install the new blade, ensuring the teeth are oriented correctly for cutting.
  5. Tighten the arbor nut securely.
  6. Lower the blade guard.

3.4 Dust Collection System Connection

Connect the thickened dust bag and dust collection hose to the designated ports on the table saw. Ensure all connections are secure to maximize dust absorption efficiency.

3.5 Adjusting Blade Height and Bevel Angle

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Pre-Operation Checklist

Before each use, ensure:

  • All safety guards are in place and functioning correctly.
  • The blade is sharp, clean, and securely fastened.
  • The dust collection system is properly connected and the dust bag is not full.
  • The power cord is in good condition and properly connected to a suitable power outlet.

4.2 Powering On/Off

The saw is equipped with an external electromagnetic switch for overload protection.

  • To turn on: Press the green 'ON' button.
  • To turn off: Press the red 'OFF' button.
  • In case of overload, the switch will automatically trip. Reset by pressing the 'ON' button after addressing the cause of the overload.

4.3 Making Cuts

  • 90° Crosscutting: Set the blade angle to 90°. The maximum cutting depth at 90° is 6cm.
  • 0-45° Bevel Cutting: Adjust the blade to the desired angle between 0° and 45°. The maximum cutting depth at 45° is 4cm.
  • Using the Backing Ruler: For cuts requiring high precision, utilize the backing ruler. It provides accuracy up to 1.0mm.
  • Using the Push Rod and Blade Guard: Always use the push rod to guide the workpiece through the blade, especially for narrow cuts. The transparent blade guard provides a clear view of the cutting line while preventing accidental contact with the blade.
  • Extendable Countertop: For larger workpieces, extend the countertop to provide additional support and stability.
