Maintenance
- Empty Dirty Water Tank: After each use, remove the dirty water tank from the main unit. Open the lid and carefully pour out the dirty water. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean Brush Attachments: Detach the cleaning brush from the hose handle. Rinse it under running water to remove any trapped debris or hair. For thorough cleaning, the brush head can be detached from its base.
- Clean Hose: Periodically, run clean water through the hose by filling the clean water tank with plain water (no solution) and operating the machine, spraying and extracting until the water runs clear.
- Store Properly: Once all components are clean and dry, reattach the hose and wrap it around the designated storage slot on the unit. Store the brush attachments in their holders. Store the power cord neatly.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the power button on the unit.
- No Spray: Verify that the clean water tank is filled with water and solution and is correctly seated. Check if the spray nozzle is clogged.
- No Suction: Ensure the dirty water tank is correctly seated and not full. Check the hose and brush attachment for any blockages.
- Leaking: Confirm that both water tanks are securely closed and properly seated in the main unit. Check all connections for tightness.
