Setup Instructions

1. Setting the Time

  1. Pull the crown out to position 2 (farthest out).
  2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the 24-hour sub-dial also aligns correctly (e.g., 6 PM on the main dial corresponds to 18 on the 24-hour sub-dial).
  3. Push the crown back into position 0 (normal position) to start the watch.

2. Setting the Date

  1. Pull the crown out to position 1 (first click).
  2. Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism. If the date needs to be set during this period, first set the time outside this range, adjust the date, then reset the time.
  3. Push the crown back into position 0.

Operating Instructions

Chronograph Function (Stopwatch)

The chronograph measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes.

  1. Start: Press pusher A to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
  2. Stop: Press pusher A again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time can be read from the chronograph second hand and the chronograph minute sub-dial.
  3. Reset: After stopping, press pusher B to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.

Tachymeter

The tachymeter scale on the bezel can be used to measure speed over a known distance (e.g., 1 kilometer or 1 mile). Start the chronograph at the beginning of the distance and stop it at the end. The number on the tachymeter scale corresponding to the chronograph second hand's position indicates the average speed per hour.

Luminous Hands

The watch features luminous hands that glow in the dark after exposure to light, allowing for readability in low-light conditions.

Maintenance

Water Resistance

Your watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, showering, or washing hands. It is not suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-impact water sports. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.

Cleaning

To clean your watch, wipe the case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. For leather straps, avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals. Allow the strap to air dry completely.

Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by a single battery (type 1 Unknown - included). When the watch stops or the second hand starts skipping, it's an indication that the battery needs replacement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
  • Date not changing: Ensure the time is set correctly, especially the AM/PM cycle. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM.
  • Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: This may require a chronograph reset procedure. Consult a professional watch repair service if the issue persists after following operating instructions.
