1. Introduction
The Link2Home Commercial Electric Series Fixed TV Wall Mount provides a secure and low-profile solution for mounting televisions ranging from 32 to 80 inches. Engineered for versatility, this mount can be installed directly onto sheetrock or plasterboard walls using nails, eliminating the need for traditional wall studs. It also supports installation on wood studs, metal studs, brick, and concrete walls. Featuring a VESA compatibility from 100mm to 600mm and a robust aluminum construction, it can safely hold TVs up to 100 lbs. The integrated Click Lock mechanism ensures a secure hold and facilitates easy installation and removal of your television.
2. Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, injury, or death.
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 100 lbs (45 kg). This mount is designed for TVs between 32 and 80 inches.
- Wall Type: Ensure the wall structure is capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the television. While this mount supports sheetrock/plasterboard without studs, proper fasteners for your specific wall type are crucial.

- Tools: Use appropriate tools for installation. Always wear safety glasses.
- Professional Assistance: If you are unsure about the installation process or wall integrity, consult a qualified professional.

4. Setup and Installation
This section provides detailed instructions for installing your Link2Home TV Wall Mount. Ensure you have all necessary tools and components before beginning.
Required Tools:
- Power drill
- Wood drill bit or masonry drill bits (depending on wall type)
- Level (a small bubble level is included)
- Phillips-head screwdriver
- Measuring tape
- Pencil
- Hammer (for anchors)
- Stud finder (optional, if mounting to studs)
Installation Steps:
- Understand the Mechanism: Before starting, connect the two main bars (wall plate and TV plate) to understand how they interlock. The TV plate's lip must go under the wall plate's lip. This involves a slight rotation for the channels to properly engage.
- Determine TV Mounting Position: Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Attach the TV plate to these holes using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. If your TV's mounting holes are curved, use the provided spacers. If you desire a slight downward tilt, you can add one set of spacers behind the top of the TV plate, even on a flat TV back.
- Attach Plastic Bumpers: After attaching the TV plate, screw the two large, round plastic bumpers into the remaining two VESA mounting holes on the TV. These prevent the TV from rubbing against the wall.
- Prepare Cables: It is recommended to plug all necessary cables (HDMI, power, etc.) into the TV before mounting it, as access will be limited once installed.
- Mark Wall Position: Hold the wall plate against the wall at your desired TV height. Use the included small level bubble (taped to the bottom lip of the wall plate for accuracy) to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drilling points with a pencil.
- Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes according to your wall type and the recommended drill bit size in the instructions. For sheetrock/plasterboard, use the provided nails. For brick/concrete, 5/16" diameter, 2" deep holes are typically required for anchors.
- Install Wall Plate: Secure the wall plate to the wall using the appropriate fasteners. Ensure the washers are properly seated under the screw heads, especially if there's a ridge.
- Mount the TV: Carefully lift the TV with the attached TV plate. Align the TV plate with the wall plate. The TV plate should rest on top of the wall plate, then rotate slightly to engage the Click Lock mechanism. Ensure both lips interlock securely.

5. Operating (Usage)
Once installed, the Link2Home Fixed TV Wall Mount provides a stable and secure display for your television. This is a fixed mount, meaning it does not offer post-installation articulation (swivel, tilt, or extension). Any desired tilt must be set during the initial installation using spacers.
Attaching the TV:
With the TV plate secured to your television and the wall plate mounted to the wall, carefully lift the TV. Align the top edge of the TV plate with the top channel of the wall plate. Gently lower the TV, ensuring the TV plate slides into the wall plate's channel. A distinct 'click' indicates the Click Lock mechanism has engaged, securing the TV in place.
Detaching the TV:
To remove the TV, carefully lift the television upwards until the Click Lock disengages and the TV plate clears the wall plate. It may require a slight outward pull at the bottom of the TV to disengage the interlocking lips, especially if the TV's VESA holes are lower on the back.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your TV wall mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Over time, vibrations or movement can loosen connections.
- Structural Integrity: Inspect the wall around the mount for any signs of stress, cracks, or damage. If any issues are observed, detach the TV immediately and consult a professional.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during or after installation, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
- TV is not level:
- Ensure the wall plate was installed perfectly level. Re-check with a level and adjust if necessary.
- Verify the TV plate is securely seated in the wall plate's channel.
- Difficulty engaging Click Lock:
- Ensure the TV plate is correctly aligned with the wall plate. The top lip of the TV plate must go under the lip of the wall plate.
- Apply firm, even pressure when lowering the TV. A slight tilt of the TV may be necessary to fully engage the interlocking mechanism, especially if the TV's VESA holes are positioned lower.
- Confirm no cables or obstructions are preventing the plates from fully engaging.
- Mount feels unstable:
- Immediately remove the TV.
- Re-check all fasteners on both the wall plate and TV plate. Ensure they are tightened securely and are appropriate for your wall type.
- Verify the wall structure can support the weight. If in doubt, consult a professional.
