4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the food basin, pump dispenser, and lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for ventilation.
  4. Assembly:
    • Insert the food basin into the main unit's water tank.
    • Assemble the pump dispenser and place it into the food basin, ensuring it is securely seated.
    • Place the lid over the food basin and pump.
  5. Water Filling: Fill the water tank (the space between the main unit and the food basin) with clean water. Do not overfill; ensure the water level is below the top edge of the food basin. The water tank capacity is 3L (0.8 Gallon).

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Add Sauce: Pour the desired sauce (cheese, fudge, caramel, etc.) into the food basin. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  2. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Power On: Flip the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The indicator light will illuminate.
  4. Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature adjustment knob to your desired temperature setting. The unit offers a range from 86℉ to 230℉ (30℃ to 110℃). Allow sufficient time for the sauce to heat to the set temperature. The unit will automatically maintain the set temperature.
  5. Dispensing: Once the sauce is heated, press down on the pump dispenser to release the sauce.
  6. Monitoring Water Level: Regularly check the water level in the water tank. If the water level is too low, the dry burn guard will activate and shut off the unit. Refill with water as needed.
  7. Power Off: When finished, turn the temperature knob to the lowest setting, then flip the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for hygiene and to prolong the life of your appliance.

  1. Daily Cleaning:
    • Ensure the unit is unplugged and has cooled down completely before cleaning.
    • Remove the food basin, pump dispenser, and lid.
    • Empty any remaining sauce from the food basin.
    • Wash the food basin, pump, and lid with warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brushes for the pump to ensure all residue is removed. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
    • Drain the water from the main unit's water tank. Wipe the interior of the water tank and the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth, then dry.
  2. Pump Disassembly for Deep Cleaning: The pump head is designed to be detachable for comprehensive cleaning. Refer to the image below for guidance. Ensure all parts are reassembled correctly before next use.
  3. Descaling (Periodically): Depending on water hardness, mineral deposits may accumulate in the water tank. Periodically descale the unit using a commercial descaling solution or a mixture of water and white vinegar. Follow the descaling product's instructions.
