6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air conditioner.
6.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
The unit includes a removable and washable air filter. Clean the filter regularly (every two weeks or more often depending on usage) to maintain air quality and efficiency.
- Turn off and unplug the air conditioner.
- Locate the air filter on the side/back of the unit and gently pull it out.
- Wash the filter under running water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

6.2 Water Drainage
In dehumidifier mode or high humidity conditions, the unit may accumulate excess water. The unit features a self-evaporating system, but manual drainage may be required if the "HL" (High Water Level) indicator appears on the display.
- Turn off and unplug the unit from the power source.
- Place a drain pan (not supplied) under the lower drain plug at the back of the unit.
- Remove the lower drain plug. Water will drain out.
- For continuous drainage, connect the provided drainage pipe to the drain outlet. Ensure the pipe is positioned to drain into a suitable container or floor drain.
- After draining, replace the lower drain plug firmly.
