3.2 Setting the Torque Value
- Locate the adjustment knob at the base of the handle.
- Pull down the adjustment knob to unlock it.
- Rotate the handle to align the desired torque value (in Nm) with the main scale. The smallest step width is 0.2 Nm.
- Once the desired value is set, release the adjustment knob. It will automatically lock into place.
- Verify the setting before use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Using the Torque Wrench
- Ensure the correct bit or socket is securely installed and the torque value is set.
- Place the wrench onto the fastener (bolt or nut).
- Apply steady, increasing pressure to the handle in a smooth motion. The wrench can be used for both clockwise and counterclockwise tightening.
- Continue applying pressure until a distinct "click" sound is heard and a slight vibration is felt. This indicates that the preset torque value has been reached.
- Stop immediately after the click. Do not apply additional force, as this can lead to over-tightening and damage.
- Remove the wrench from the fastener.

4.2 Applications
This torque wrench is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring precise torque, including:
- Bicycle and mountain bike maintenance (stems, seat clamps, lever clamps, rotors, chain sets, cranks).
- Motorcycle repairs.
- Household appliance installation and repair.
- Electrical engineering tasks.
- Product assembly and mechanical repairs.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the torque wrench and bits with a clean, dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the torque wrench in its original case in a dry, clean environment. Always set the torque wrench to its lowest setting (1 Nm) before storing to relieve spring tension and maintain calibration accuracy.
- Calibration: For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to have the torque wrench recalibrated periodically by a qualified service center, especially after heavy use or if accuracy is suspected to be compromised.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the wrench for any signs of damage, wear, or corrosion. Do not use a damaged tool.
