1. Setup and Installation

This section provides instructions for correctly installing your Alldocube X Neo T1009 4G Tablet into the bojioderf protective case.

1.1 Unpacking the Case

Carefully remove the tablet case from its packaging. Inspect the case for any signs of damage before proceeding with installation.

1.2 Inserting the Tablet

1. Gently align your Alldocube X Neo T1009 tablet with the flexible frame of the case.
2. Press the tablet firmly but carefully into the frame, ensuring all edges are securely seated within the case's protective corners. The flexible frame is designed to hold the tablet snugly.
3. Verify that all ports, buttons, and the camera lens are accessible through the designated cutouts.

1.3 Camera Cutouts

The case features three pre-cutouts on the back to accommodate tablets with various camera positions. This ensures that the camera function of your Alldocube X Neo T1009 tablet remains fully usable while in the case.

2. Operating the Case Features

This case offers multiple functionalities to enhance your tablet experience.

2.1 360-Degree Rotation Stand

The case is equipped with a 360-degree rotating mechanism, allowing you to position your tablet in both portrait and landscape orientations. The anti-slip strip design ensures stability when used as a stand.

1. To activate the stand, open the front cover and fold it back.
2. Rotate the tablet within its frame to achieve your desired orientation (portrait or landscape).
3. Position the tablet's edge into one of the anti-slip grooves on the inside of the front cover to create a stable viewing stand.

2.2 Storage Pocket

The case includes a convenient storage pocket on the inside of the front cover. This pocket is suitable for carrying small items such as cards, documents, or cash.

3. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your tablet case.

3.1 Cleaning Instructions

• To clean the PU leather exterior, wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.
• For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution on the cloth, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the material.
• Allow the case to air dry completely before reinserting your tablet.

3.2 General Care

• Keep the case away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation.
• Avoid sharp objects that could scratch or puncture the case.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your tablet case, refer to the following common solutions.

4.1 Tablet Does Not Fit

• Check Compatibility: Ensure your tablet is an Alldocube X Neo T1009 4G Tablet. This case is specifically designed for this model.
• Proper Insertion: Re-attempt insertion, ensuring the tablet is aligned correctly and pressed evenly into the flexible frame.

4.2 Stand is Unstable

• Engage Anti-slip Strip: Make sure the edge of the tablet is firmly seated in one of the anti-slip grooves on the inner cover.
• Flat Surface: Ensure the case is placed on a flat, stable surface.

4.3 Camera or Ports Blocked

• Re-seat Tablet: Remove the tablet and re-insert it, ensuring it is perfectly aligned within the flexible frame.
• Model Verification: Confirm that your tablet model matches the Alldocube X Neo T1009, as port and camera placements vary between models.

4.4 Auto-Sleep/Wake Function

Please note that this case does not support the auto-sleep/wake function of any tablet.
