Installation Instructions
This faucet is designed for a 4-hole deck mount installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Prepare the Mounting Surface: Ensure the bathtub deck has four pre-drilled holes with the correct spacing for the faucet body, handles, and hand shower holder. The recommended spread for the deck mount tub filler is 10-1/4 inches.
- Install Faucet Body and Handles: Insert the brass faucet body and the two faucet switches (handles) into their respective holes on the deck plate. Secure them from underneath the deck using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure they are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Attach the hot and cold water supply hoses to the corresponding inlets on the faucet body. Connect the other ends of the hoses to your hot and cold water supply valves. Use thread sealant tape on all threaded connections to prevent leaks.
- Install Hand Shower Holder: Insert the shower holder into its designated hole on the deck. Secure it from underneath with the provided hardware.
- Connect Hand Shower Hose: Attach one end of the 60-inch stainless steel shower hose to the outlet on the faucet body (diverter connection) and the other end to the handheld shower head.
- Test for Leaks: Once all connections are made, slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for leaks. If leaks are detected, tighten the connections as necessary.
- Verify Operation: Test the faucet spout and handheld shower to ensure proper water flow and temperature control.
Operation
Your WOODBRIDGE Roman Tub Faucet features two handles for precise control of water temperature and flow, along with a pull-out hand shower for added convenience.

- Controlling Water Flow and Temperature: Use the two handles to adjust the hot and cold water supply. Turn the handles to achieve your desired water temperature and flow rate for the main spout.
- Using the Hand Shower: To activate the hand shower, pull it from its holder. The faucet includes a diverter mechanism that switches water flow from the main spout to the hand shower. The 60-inch flexible hose allows for maximum reach and movement, ideal for rinsing or cleaning the tub.

Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your faucet.
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the chrome finish.
- Water Spots: To prevent water spots, wipe the faucet dry after each use.
- Aerator Maintenance: Periodically unscrew the aerator from the spout and clean any mineral deposits or debris that may restrict water flow.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low Water Flow | Clogged aerator; partially closed shut-off valves; debris in water lines. | Clean the aerator. Ensure shut-off valves are fully open. Flush water lines. |
| Leaks from Faucet Base | Loose mounting nuts; worn O-rings or gaskets. | Tighten mounting nuts. Inspect and replace O-rings or gaskets if necessary. |
| Dripping Faucet | Worn cartridge. | Replace the faucet cartridge. |
| Water Temperature Issues | Incorrect hot/cold water line connection; issues with water heater. | Verify hot and cold lines are connected correctly. Check water heater settings. |
