2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Charging the Devices

Both the keyboard and mouse are equipped with built-in rechargeable lithium batteries. Before first use, or when the battery is low, connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on each device and to a USB power source.

  • The keyboard's 400mAh battery provides approximately 50 hours of continuous use without backlight, or over 3 months of standby time on a single charge.
  • A charging indicator light will typically show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

2.2 Connecting the Keyboard via Bluetooth
  1. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the keyboard and slide it to the "ON" position.
  2. Press the CONNECT button. The Bluetooth indicator light (usually a blue LED with a Bluetooth logo) will begin to flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
  3. On your device (tablet/smartphone), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  4. Search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard" appear in the list.
  5. Tap on "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard" to initiate the connection. If prompted, enter any displayed pairing code and press Enter.
  6. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the keyboard will stop flashing and remain solid or turn off, depending on the model.

2.3 Connecting the Mouse

The mouse supports dual-mode connectivity: Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless via a USB receiver.

2.3.1 Bluetooth Connection (for devices without USB port or for Bluetooth mode)
  1. Locate the power switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the "Bluetooth" position (often indicated by a Bluetooth icon).
  2. On your device (tablet/smartphone), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see the mouse's name (e.g., "BT Mouse" or similar) appear in the list.
  4. Tap on the mouse's name to connect.
2.3.2 2.4G Wireless Connection (for devices with USB port)
  1. Locate the USB receiver, typically stored in a compartment on the bottom of the mouse. Remove it.
  2. Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your device (e.g., laptop, desktop, or tablet with USB-A adapter).
  3. Locate the power switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the "2.4G" or "USB" position (often indicated by a 2.4G icon or a small antenna icon).
  4. The mouse should connect automatically within a few seconds.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Keyboard Backlight Control

The keyboard features a 7-color backlit system with adjustable modes.

  • Press the lighting key (often depicted as a light bulb icon) once to turn the backlight ON or OFF.
  • Press the lighting key a second time to activate the "Breath Light" mode (a pulsating effect).
  • Press the lighting key a third time to activate another "Breath Light" mode (if available, or cycle through modes).
  • Press the RGB key (often depicted with RGB letters or a color palette icon) to change the backlight colors. Note: Color changes cannot be applied when the "Breath Light" mode is active.

3.2 Mouse DPI Adjustment

The mouse offers three adjustable DPI (Dots Per Inch) levels to control cursor sensitivity: 800, 1200, and 1600 DPI. This allows you to customize the mouse's responsiveness to your preference.

  • To change the DPI, press the DPI button (usually located near the scroll wheel). Each press will cycle through the available DPI settings.
  • The mouse operates silently, making it suitable for quiet environments.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning
  • To clean the keyboard and mouse, use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface.
  • Ensure no liquid enters the device openings.
4.2 Battery Care
  • Charge the devices regularly to maintain optimal battery health.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Store the devices in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Keyboard/Mouse Not Connecting
  • Check Power: Ensure both the keyboard and mouse are turned ON and have sufficient battery charge. Recharge if necessary.
  • Re-pair Bluetooth:
    1. Turn off the device's Bluetooth.
    2. On your host device (iPad, tablet), forget or remove "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard" or the mouse from your Bluetooth device list.
    3. Restart your host device.
    4. Turn on the keyboard/mouse and put it into pairing mode (press CONNECT for keyboard, switch to Bluetooth mode for mouse).
    5. Turn on Bluetooth on your host device and attempt to pair again.
  • 2.4G Mouse Connection: If using the 2.4G USB receiver for the mouse, ensure the receiver is securely plugged into a USB port and the mouse is switched to 2.4G mode. Try a different USB port.
  • Compatibility: Confirm your device's operating system is compatible (Android, Windows, iPad OS, iOS). Note that the keyboard is designed for mobile devices and not suitable for desktop computers or laptops.
5.2 Backlight Not Working or Changing Colors
  • Check Power: Ensure the keyboard has enough battery charge. Backlight features consume more power.
  • Toggle Backlight: Press the lighting key to ensure the backlight is turned on.
  • Breath Light Mode: If the backlight is in "Breath Light" mode, you cannot change colors. Press the lighting key again to exit this mode before attempting to change colors with the RGB key.
