This electronic lock provides multiple access methods for enhanced security and convenience, including fingerprint, TT Lock app control, password, IC card, and traditional mechanical key. This manual will guide you through the installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of your new smart lock.

2. Product Overview

The Kisfam Smart Lock is designed for ease of use and robust security. It integrates advanced technology to offer a seamless keyless entry experience.

3. Installation

The Kisfam Smart Lock is designed for straightforward installation. A screwdriver is typically the only tool required. Ensure your door meets the specified dimensions for proper fitment.

Door Compatibility:

• Suitable for door thickness between 35 mm and 55 mm.
• Reversible handle design accommodates both left and right-handed door orientations.

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the door: Ensure the door has a standard bore hole of 2 1/8 inches (54mm) and a latch hole of 0.5 inches (13mm).
2. Install the latch mechanism into the door edge.
3. Mount the exterior unit, ensuring the spindle passes through the latch.
4. Connect the cable from the exterior unit to the interior unit.
5. Secure the interior unit to the door using the provided screws.
6. Install 4 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment.
7. Test the lock's basic functionality with the mechanical key.

4. Setup

After physical installation, configure your Kisfam Smart Lock for various access methods using the TT Lock app.

4.1 TT Lock App Setup

1. Download the 'TT Lock' app from your smartphone's app store (compatible with Android and iOS).
2. Create an account and log in.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and ensure it is close to the smart lock.
4. In the app, tap 'Add Lock' and select 'Door Lock'. The app will search for available locks.
5. Select your Kisfam Smart Lock from the list and follow the on-screen instructions to pair it.
6. Once paired, you can manage users, generate passcodes, add fingerprints, and view access records.

4.2 Fingerprint Setup

The lock features a 360-degree live fingerprint scanner for quick and secure access. It can store up to 200 fingerprints.

1. Open the TT Lock app and select your lock.
2. Navigate to the 'Fingerprints' section.
3. Tap 'Add Fingerprint' and follow the app's instructions to register your fingerprint. You will be prompted to place your finger on the sensor multiple times from different angles.
4. Test the registered fingerprint to ensure it unlocks the door.

4.3 Passcode Setup

1. In the TT Lock app, select your lock and go to the 'Passcodes' section.
2. Tap 'Generate Passcode' and choose the type of passcode (e.g., permanent, timed, one-time, custom).
3. Follow the prompts to create and name the passcode.
4. Share the passcode with authorized users.

4.4 IC Card Setup

1. In the TT Lock app, select your lock and go to the 'Cards' section.
2. Tap 'Add Card' and follow the instructions to register an IC card by presenting it to the lock's sensor.
3. Assign a name and validity period to the card.

5. Operating Instructions

The Kisfam Smart Lock offers several convenient ways to unlock and lock your door.

5.1 Unlocking the Door

• Fingerprint: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock after successful recognition.
• Passcode: Enter your valid passcode on the keypad, then press '#'.
• IC Card: Present a registered IC card to the card reader area on the lock.
• TT Lock App: Open the app, ensure Bluetooth is enabled, and tap the unlock icon.
• Mechanical Key: Insert the mechanical key into the keyhole and turn to unlock. This is for emergency access.

5.2 Locking the Door

• Automatic Locking: The lock can be configured via the TT Lock app to automatically lock after a set period (e.g., 5 seconds) once the door is closed.
• One-Touch Locking: Press and hold the '#' key on the keypad for a few seconds to manually lock the door from the outside.
• TT Lock App: Open the app, ensure Bluetooth is enabled, and tap the lock icon.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Kisfam Smart Lock.

• Battery Replacement: The lock uses 4 AAA batteries (not included). Replace them when the low battery alarm sounds or approximately every 300 days.
• Emergency Power: If batteries run out completely, connect a power bank to the Micro-USB port on the exterior unit for temporary power to unlock the door.
• Cleaning: Wipe the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Fingerprint Sensor: Keep the fingerprint sensor clean and dry for accurate recognition.
