Setup Instructions

  1. Placement: Choose a location in your aquarium where water flows freely to ensure even heat distribution. Avoid placing the heater directly in substrate (sand or mud).
  2. Mounting: Use the provided suction cups to securely attach the heater to the inside wall of your aquarium. Ensure the heater is fully submerged in water.
  3. Orientation: For fish tanks, position the heater vertically. For turtle tanks with low water levels, the heater can be placed horizontally.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the heater's power cord into a suitable power outlet. The LED display on the heater will illuminate, showing the current water temperature.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Once plugged in and fully submerged, the heater will display the current water temperature.
  2. Setting Temperature: Use the external controller to adjust the desired temperature.
    • Short press the button on the controller to increase the temperature.
    • Long press the button for 3 seconds to toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
    The heater will begin heating if the current water temperature is below the set temperature. The display will show a red light when heating and a green light when the set temperature is maintained.
  3. Temperature Stabilization: It may take 48-72 hours for the water temperature to fully stabilize throughout the tank, especially in larger volumes.
