1. Introduction

2. Key Features

3. Product Components
3.1 Front Panel Controls and Display
The front panel features the main 5.5-inch LCD display, input selection buttons (1-4), various function buttons (PIP, Media, Logo, Luma, Chroma, Still, Effect, FTB), volume control knobs for Channel A and B, a joystick for PTZ control, and dedicated buttons for Stream, Rec, Pause, and Scene selection. The T-Bar allows for smooth transitions between video sources.

3.2 Rear Panel Connectivity
The rear panel provides all necessary ports for connecting external devices, including 4 HDMI inputs, 2 HDMI outputs, LAN port, USB output, and DC 12V power input. Additionally, there are two microphone input jacks and an audio output jack.

4. Setup Guide
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 12V input port on the rear panel of the NeoLive R2 Plus.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet.
- Press the power button on the unit to turn it on.
4.2 Video Input Connection
- Connect your HDMI video sources (e.g., cameras, computers, game consoles) to the HDMI IN 1-4 ports on the rear panel using high-quality HDMI cables.
- Ensure all video sources are powered on and outputting a compatible HDMI signal.
4.3 Video Output Connection
- Connect your display monitors or recording devices to the HDMI OUT ports on the rear panel. HDMI OUT 1 typically serves as the program output, while HDMI OUT 2 can be used for multiview monitoring.
4.4 Audio Input Connection
- Connect microphones or other audio sources to the MIC 1 and MIC 2 input jacks.
- Adjust audio levels using the dedicated volume knobs on the front panel.
4.5 USB & LAN Connections
- For recording, connect a USB disk or HDD to the USB OUT port.
- For direct live streaming via RTMP, connect an Ethernet cable from your network router to the LAN port.
- The USB-C Out port can be used for high-quality streaming and recording to a computer.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Video Switching
- The 5.5-inch display shows all four input previews (PST) and the program output (PGM).
- To switch between inputs, press the corresponding numbered button (1-4) for the desired source.
- Use the T-Bar for smooth, manual transitions between sources, or press the 'CUT' button for an instant cut. The 'AUTO' button performs an automatic transition with a preset duration.
5.2 Live Streaming
- Ensure the device is connected to the internet via the LAN port.
- Access the streaming settings via the 'MENU' button to configure RTMP server details (URL, Stream Key) for your chosen platform (Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Press the 'STREAM' button to begin live broadcasting. The button will illuminate to indicate active streaming.
5.3 Recording
- Connect a formatted USB disk or HDD to the USB OUT port.
- Press the 'REC' button to start recording the program output. The button will illuminate.
- Press 'REC' again to stop recording.
- Alternatively, connect the USB-C Out to a computer for recording via capture software.
5.4 Audio Control
- Adjust the volume for Channel A and Channel B using their respective knobs.
- Monitor audio levels on the display.
5.5 PTZ Camera Control
- If you have compatible PTZ cameras connected, use the 'PTZ' button to activate PTZ control mode.
- Utilize the joystick to pan, tilt, and zoom the connected PTZ cameras.
5.6 Advanced Features (PIP, Chroma Key, Effects)
- PIP (Picture-in-Picture): Press the 'PIP' button to activate and configure a secondary video input to appear as an overlay on the main program.
- Chroma Key: Use the 'CHROMA' button to enable the chroma key function for green or blue screen effects. Adjust settings via the menu.
- Effects: The 'EFFECT' button allows access to various built-in video effects and transitions.
- Media/Logo/Still: These buttons allow you to import and display media files, logos, or still images on your program output.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. For the screen, use the provided cleaning cloth or a microfiber cloth specifically designed for electronics. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the unit during operation to prevent overheating. Do not block ventilation openings.
7. Troubleshooting
