3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Vospeed Slow Juicer:
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Align the juicing bowl with the motor base and rotate it until it locks securely into place.
- Insert the filter/strainer into the juicing bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Place the auger/squeezing screw into the center of the filter.
- Attach the feeder chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, aligning the marks, and rotate until it clicks into the locked position. The locking bar should be engaged.
- Position the juice pitcher under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.
- Ensure all parts are securely locked. The juicer will not operate if not correctly assembled due to the built-in safety switch.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Ingredient Preparation
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For ingredients with large seeds (e.g., peaches, plums), remove the seeds before juicing.
- Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) to avoid bitter taste from the rind.
- For fibrous vegetables like celery or leafy greens, cut them into smaller pieces (approx. 1-2 inches) to prevent clogging.
- The large 3.3-inch feeder chute can accommodate many whole fruits and vegetables, reducing the need for extensive pre-cutting.

4.2 Juicing Process
- Plug the juicer into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the control knob to the desired speed setting:
- Speed "1" (Low): Ideal for soft foods such as oranges, grapes, strawberries, and kiwis.
- Speed "2" (High): Suitable for hard foods like carrots, apples, celery, and ginger.
- Gradually feed the prepared ingredients into the feeder chute. Use the food pusher to guide them down, but do not force them.
- The juicer will slowly extract the juice, which will flow into the juice pitcher, while the pulp will be expelled into the pulp container.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the control knob to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your juicer.
- Disassembly: After unplugging, disassemble the juicer in reverse order of assembly.
- Rinsing: Rinse all detachable parts (juicing bowl, filter, auger, feeder chute, juice pitcher, pulp container) under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
- Brushing: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the filter screen. The 0.4mm microporous screen requires thorough cleaning.
- Dishwasher Safe: All detachable parts are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
- Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer. Store in a clean, dry place.
