4.4 Built-in Microphone

5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging

Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the control unit and to a standard USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red while charging, blue when fully charged). A full charge provides over 10 hours of continuous use under normal conditions.

5.2 Water Resistance

The Syphon SoundPro features an IP55 water-resistant rating, protecting it from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for use in muddy, rainy, and snowy conditions. However, it is not designed for submersion. Ensure the USB-C port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain water resistance.

5.3 Cleaning

Wipe the control unit and speakers with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the device.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect to a power source and check the charging indicator.
  • Cannot Pair: Make sure the SoundPro is in pairing mode (rapidly flashing indicator light). Turn off and on your mobile device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the SoundPro.
  • No Sound/Low Volume: Check the volume levels on both the SoundPro and your connected device. Ensure speakers are correctly positioned over your ears.
  • Poor Sound Quality: Verify the speakers are securely mounted and not obstructed. Ensure your audio source is of good quality. Consider using the included ear cushions for improved bass.
  • Controls Not Responding: Ensure the control unit is securely attached and clean. If issues persist, try restarting the SoundPro.

If you encounter persistent issues not covered here, please refer to the support section.
