Applying the Cuff
- Ensure your arm is bare or has thin clothing.

- The device will automatically store the reading in the selected user's memory.

This image highlights the large, high-definition backlit LED screen, which ensures clear visibility of readings even in low light conditions. It shows typical SYS, DIA, and PUL readings along with the blood pressure classification bar.
User Selection and Memory Function
The monitor supports two users with 120 memories each (total 240 memories).
- To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the user selection button (often depicted with two person icons).
- To review past measurements, press the "Memory" button (often labeled "Mem" or with a list icon). Repeatedly pressing this button will cycle through stored readings.

This image illustrates the dual-user capability of the monitor, allowing two individuals to track their readings independently with 120 memory slots each. It also highlights features like automatic memory storage and options for before/after medicine and morning/evening readings.
Understanding Your Readings
The monitor provides a color-coded classification bar on the side of the display to help interpret your blood pressure readings according to standard guidelines.

This chart provides a quick reference for blood pressure classification based on SYS (Systolic) and DIA (Diastolic) values. Categories include: Best (≤119 SYS, ≤79 DIA), Normal (120-129 SYS, 80-89 DIA), High-Normal (130-139 SYS, 85-89 DIA), Mild (140-159 SYS, 90-99 DIA), Moderate (160-170 SYS, 100-109 DIA), and Serious (≥180 SYS, ≥110 DIA).
Blood Pressure Categories (Example Guidelines):
| Category | Systolic (mmHg) | Diastolic (mmHg) |
|---|---|---|
| Best | ≤119 | ≤79 |
| Normal | 120-129 | 80-89 |
| High-Normal | 130-139 | 85-89 |
| Mild | 140-159 | 90-99 |
| Moderate | 160-170 | 100-109 |
