4. Setup and Installation

1. Prepare the Door Panel: Based on Figure 4.1, precisely cut the L-channel groove into the top edge of your door panel and the U-channel groove into the bottom edge. These grooves are essential for housing the top and bottom tracks. A router or table saw is typically required for these cuts.
2. Install Top Track and Soft Close Mechanisms: Insert the 47.2-inch top track into the L-channel groove on the top of the door. Secure it using the provided fasteners. Attach the two soft close mechanisms to the top track as per the diagram, ensuring they are positioned to engage correctly with the door's movement.
3. Install Top Roller: Attach the top roller assembly to the door panel, ensuring it aligns with the top track. This roller will allow the door to slide along the concealed top track.
4. Install Bottom Track and Wheels: Insert the bottom track into the U-channel groove on the bottom of the door. Attach the two bottom wheels to the door panel, ensuring they fit securely within the bottom track.
5. Install Anti-Jump Device: Secure the anti-jump device to the top of the door, near the top roller. This device prevents the door from lifting off the track.
