3. Product Overview

3.1 System Components

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your pipe inspection camera system for first use.

  1. Charge the Battery: Before initial use, ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the charger to the battery box and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator on the battery box will show the charging status.
  2. Connect the Monitor: Connect the video output cable from the battery box to the video input port on the 7-inch TFT monitor. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Connect the Camera: Connect the camera cable from the reel to the camera input port on the battery box.
  4. Insert TF Card: If not already inserted, gently push the 8GB TF card into the designated slot on the monitor or battery box (depending on model) until it clicks into place. This is required for DVR recording.
  5. Power On: Turn on the power switch on the battery box. Then, turn on the monitor. The camera feed should appear on the screen.

5.1 Battery Box Controls

The battery box serves as the central control unit for the camera and power management.

5.2 Monitor Functions

The 7-inch TFT monitor displays the live camera feed and provides controls for recording and playback.

5.3 DVR Video Recording

The system supports DVR video recording to the inserted TF card.

  1. Ensure a TF card (up to 32GB, 8GB included) is properly inserted.
  2. With the live camera feed displayed, press the REC/OK button on the monitor to start recording. A recording indicator will appear on the screen.
  3. Press REC/OK again to stop recording.
  4. To view recordings, press the PLAY button to enter playback mode. Use LEFT/RIGHT to navigate and REC/OK to play/pause.
