Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup of your VEVOR Mini Hat Heat Press:

  3. Place the hat tray (silicone pad) on a stable surface.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

The VEVOR Mini Hat Heat Press features an integrated control panel for easy operation.

Powering On and Setting Temperature/Time

  1. Turn on the main power switch on the side of the control box. The display will illuminate.
  2. Tap the power button on the touch screen to activate the display.
  3. To adjust temperature: Tap the temperature display (usually flashing). Use the up/down arrows to set your desired temperature (40°C to 205°C / 104°F to 401°F). The setting will save automatically after a few seconds.
  4. To adjust time: Tap the time display (usually flashing). Use the up/down arrows to set your desired time (1-999 seconds). The setting will save automatically after a few seconds.
  5. The display will show "Heating" until the set temperature is reached, then it will beep to indicate readiness.

Heat Pressing Process

  1. Place your hat onto the hat tray, ensuring it is smooth and free of wrinkles.
  2. Position your design (e.g., vinyl, sublimation print) onto the hat. Use heat-resistant tape if necessary to secure it.
  3. Place a protective sheet (like parchment paper) over your design.
  4. Carefully place the heated plate of the press onto the design, applying firm, even pressure.
  5. Press the down arrow button on the control panel to start the timer.
  6. Hold the press in place for the set duration.
  7. Once the timer beeps, carefully lift the heat press.
  8. Remove the protective sheet and peel off the design's backing (if applicable) according to your material's instructions.
