Attaching the Cuff
Connect the air tube from the upper arm cuff securely into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure the connection is firm to prevent air leakage during measurement.
Operating Instructions
Before Measurement
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior.
- Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
Taking a Measurement
- Apply the Cuff: Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the air tube runs down the center of your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight (you should be able to insert two fingers).
- Position Your Arm: Rest your arm comfortably on a table with your palm facing upwards.
- Start Measurement: Press the START/STOP button. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and begin the measurement process.
- View Results: The reading will be displayed on the screen within approximately 30 seconds. The device will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.

Understanding the 3-Color Backlit Display
The monitor features a unique 3-color backlit screen to provide immediate visual feedback on your blood pressure readings, based on standard guidelines:

- Light Yellow: Indicates mild to moderate hypertension (140-180mmHg).
- Red: Indicates severe hypertension (above 180mmHg).

Dual-User Mode and Data Storage
The monitor supports two individual users, each capable of storing up to 99 records with corresponding date and time stamps. This feature allows for easy tracking of personal blood pressure trends.
- Switching Users: Use the SET button to toggle between User 1 and User 2 before taking a measurement.
- Viewing Memory: Press the MEM button to review past readings for the currently selected user.
