3. Maintenance

3.1 Dust Cup Emptying

When the dust in the dust cup reaches the 'MAX' mark, press the release button to open the bottom cover and empty the contents into a trash bin. The dust cup has a 0.6-liter capacity.

3.2 Filter Cleaning

The HEPA filter, cyclone system, and pre-filter are washable. Remove them from the main body as shown in the maintenance video. Rinse under running water until clean. Ensure all parts are thoroughly air-dried for at least 24 hours before reassembling to prevent damage and maintain filtration efficiency.

3.3 Brush Roll Cleaning

Regularly check the illumination soft roller brush and multi-surface brush for tangled hair or debris. Remove the brush rolls as instructed in the video and clean them. The body of the brush rolls can be washed, but other parts of the brush heads should only be wiped with a dry cloth.

3.4 Battery Care

The battery pack is removable. If replacement is needed, press the battery pack removal button and slide it back. Always use genuine DREAME replacement batteries. Store the vacuum in a cool, dry place.
