Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Headboard and Footboard

Attach the main vertical posts (parts 1 and 2) and then secure the lower headboard/footboard sections (part 4). Pay attention to the difference between upper and bottom bed parts as indicated by numbered labels.

Step 2: Connect the Headboard and the Footboard (Lower Bed)

Connect the assembled headboard and footboard sections for the lower bed using the designated horizontal support bars (parts 14 and 12). Apply foam tape (M) to part 12 to help reduce noise.

Step 3: Connect the Slatted Bed Base (Lower Bed)

Attach the slatted bed base (part 9) to the lower bed frame. Ensure the ends of part 10 align with the holes on the side of the bed frame that have a nut structure. Secure these connections with screws E.

Step 4: Securing the Slatted Bed Base (Lower Bed)

Secure the slatted bed base by patiently installing parts 13 in sequence before fully tightening the screws on both sides. This ensures proper alignment and stability.

Step 5: Connect the Headboard and the Footboard (Upper Bed)

Connect the headboard and footboard sections for the upper bed (parts 6 and 12) to the lower bed frame. This step is easier with the help of an assistant. Apply foam tape (M) to part 12 to minimize noise.

Step 6: Connect the Slatted Bed Base (Upper Bed)

Attach the slatted bed base (part 7) to the upper bed frame. Ensure the ends of part 8 align with the holes on the side of the bed frame that have a nut structure. Secure these connections with screws E.

Step 7: Securing the Slatted Bed Base (Upper Bed)

Secure the slatted bed base by patiently installing parts 5 in sequence before fully tightening the screws on both sides. This step is crucial for the overall stability and safety of the upper bunk.

Step 8: Connect the Ladder

Attach the ladder (parts 15 and 16) to the side of the bunk bed. Secure it firmly with screws D. Ensure the ladder is stable and safe for climbing.

Operating Instructions

  • Mattress Compatibility: The recommended mattress thickness for the upper bed is 6 inches, and for the lower bed, 6-8 inches. Mattresses are not included.
  • Weight Capacity: The upper bed has a weight capacity of 400 lbs, and the lower bed has a weight capacity of 600 lbs. Do not exceed these limits.
  • Ladder Use: Always use the provided ladder for climbing to and from the upper bunk. The 4-step non-slip ladder is designed for comfortable and secure use.
  • Guardrails: The upper bed is equipped with a 12-inch high guardrail. Always ensure the guardrail is properly installed and maintained to prevent accidental falls.
