Product Overview

The SanmeiLi V9M-1500 Cycling Front Lighting is a compact, high-brightness bicycle headlight designed for versatile use. Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the V9M-1500 light. Connect the light to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter) using the provided USB cable. The power indicator will show the charging status.

• Charging: Red light flashes.
• Fully Charged: Steady blue light.

2. Mounting the Light

The V9M-1500 comes with a quick-mount bracket suitable for handlebars or helmets. The bracket fits tube diameters from 18mm to 38mm.

1. Attach the mount bracket securely to your bicycle handlebar or helmet strap. Ensure it is tightened sufficiently to prevent movement during riding.
2. Slide the V9M-1500 light onto the mount until it clicks into place.
3. Adjust the angle of the light as needed. The mount allows for 360-degree horizontal rotation.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Switching

The V9M-1500 features multiple lighting modes and intelligent control.

• Power On: Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.
• Mode Cycle: Once on, single-click the power button to cycle through the 5 available lighting modes.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds.

Quick Shift to Highest Brightness

When the lamp is on, a swift double-click of the power button will immediately shift the light to its highest brightness mode (1000Lm or 1500Lm depending on model). A single click will restore the previous mode. This feature is useful for quickly increasing visibility in urgent situations.

Manual and Auto/Smart Status Indication

The light has an indication light to clearly show whether it is operating under manual or Auto/Smart status.

• When the lamp is on and not charging, press the switch for 2 seconds to shift to AUTO mode.
• Single-click to switch back to the previous Manual Mode.
• Green Indication Light On: Light is in Auto Status.
• Green Indication Light Off: Light is in Manual Status.

Battery Level Indication

The light provides a clear indication of the remaining battery charge:

• Blue: 100-61% battery remaining.
• Yellow: 60-21% battery remaining.
• Red: 20-1% battery remaining.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the light body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the USB charging port cover is securely closed after charging to maintain IPX6 water resistance.

Storage

• Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to preserve battery health.

Battery Care

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
• Use only the provided USB cable or a compatible 5V 2.0A USB charger.
• The protection circuit ensures stable and long service life for the battery.
