Product Overview

The PRANITE R28 Robot Dog is an interactive electronic pet designed for children aged 6 and up. Setup

1. Charging the Robot Dog

The robot dog is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Use the provided Type-C USB cable to charge the robot. A full charge allows for up to 50 minutes of continuous interactive play.

2. Installing Remote Control Batteries

The remote control requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity.

Operating Instructions

1. Remote Control Operation

Use the remote control to direct the robot dog's movements. The remote allows for forward, backward, left, and right movements. The robot responds instantly to commands, providing dynamic play.

2. Voice Control

The robot dog responds to specific English voice commands. Ensure commands are spoken clearly and close to the robot for optimal recognition.

  • Say "Hey puppy, Happy Birthday" to hear a birthday song.
  • Say "Hey puppy, Merry Christmas" to hear a Christmas song.

3. Touch Interaction

Gently pat the robot dog's head to elicit different sound responses, mimicking a real pet.

4. Recording and Playback

The robot can record voice messages up to 60 seconds. Press the designated button on the remote to record, and another button to play back the message.

5. Programmable Actions

Program a sequence of movements and actions for the robot dog. This feature encourages creativity and logical thinking.

Maintenance

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, fully charge the robot before first use and when storing for extended periods. Remove remote control batteries if the toy will not be used for a long time.

Troubleshooting

  • Voice Commands Not Responding: Ensure commands are spoken loudly and clearly, within approximately 15 cm of the robot. The robot only understands English commands.
  • Robot Not Moving/Responding: Check if the robot is fully charged and the remote control has fresh batteries. Ensure the robot and remote are paired correctly.
  • Limited Movement in Confined Spaces: The robot dog performs best in open areas. It does not feature advanced obstacle avoidance, so clear the play area to prevent collisions.
  • One Leg Stopped Moving: If a specific part of the robot ceases function, contact customer support for assistance.
