Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the air fryer.
2. Cleaning: Wash the frying baskets and crisper plates with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around the unit.
4. Pre-heating (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) without food to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
5. Insert Baskets: Ensure the crisper plates are properly inserted into the frying baskets, and then slide the baskets firmly into the main unit until they click into place.
6. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

The iceagle Dual Air Fryer offers 6 versatile cooking functions and intuitive controls.

Basic Operation

1. Power On: Plug in the air fryer. The display will light up.
2. Select Basket: Press the 'L' (Left) or 'R' (Right) button to select the basket you wish to operate.
3. Adjust Settings: Use the Time/Temperature Setting Knob to adjust the temperature (95°F - 400°F) and cooking time (up to 60 minutes). Press the knob to switch between time and temperature adjustment.
4. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
5. Pause/Resume: Press the Start/Pause button during cooking to pause. Press again to resume.
6. End Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the cooking time is complete. Carefully pull out the baskets.

Dual Cooking Functions

• Sync Function:

  Allows two different foods with different cooking times and temperatures to finish simultaneously. Set the desired time and temperature for each basket independently. Press the 'Sync' button, then press Start. The air fryer will automatically adjust the start time for the basket with the shorter cooking duration.

• Dual Cook Function:

  Cook two different foods with the exact same settings. Set the desired time and temperature for one basket. Press the 'Dual Cook' button. The settings will be mirrored to the other basket. Press Start to begin cooking both simultaneously.

Helpful Tips

• For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
• Shake the baskets halfway through cooking for even browning, especially for smaller items like fries or chicken wings. The 'Shake' reminder will appear on the display.
• Do not overfill the baskets. Overfilling can prevent food from cooking evenly and becoming crispy.
• Use a meat thermometer to ensure meats are cooked to a safe internal temperature.
