Setup

1. Unfolding the Trolley

To unfold the trolley, release any securing straps or clips. Gently pull the sides of the trolley apart until the frame fully extends and locks into place. Press down on the center of the base to ensure it is flat and stable.

2. Attaching/Detaching Wheels (if applicable)

If your wheels are not pre-attached, align the wheel axle with the corresponding slot on the trolley frame. Push firmly until it clicks into place. To detach, press the release button (usually red) on the wheel hub and pull the wheel off.

3. Adjusting the Handle

The trolley features an adjustable handle. Locate the adjustment button or lever on the handle shaft. Press it to extend or retract the handle to your desired height. Release the button/lever to lock the handle in position. The handle can also be adjusted to multiple angles for comfortable pulling.

Operating Instructions

1. Loading the Trolley

Place items evenly within the trolley's main compartment. Utilize the integrated cup holders and side zipper pockets for smaller items, ensuring they are secure during transport. Do not exceed the 100 kg load capacity.

2. Transporting the Trolley

Grasp the adjustable handle firmly. The 360-degree rotatable front wheels provide excellent maneuverability across various surfaces, including asphalt, lawn, stone paths, and sand. For optimal control, pull the trolley rather than push it, especially on uneven terrain.

3. Using the Brakes

Each wheel is equipped with a brake. To engage the brake, press down on the red lever located near the wheel. To release, lift the lever. Always engage the brakes when the trolley is stationary to prevent accidental rolling.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

The durable Oxford fabric of the trolley can be easily cleaned. For light dirt, wipe with a damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.

2. Storage

To store the trolley, ensure it is empty and clean. Release the base by pulling up on the center handle or strap, then push the sides together to fold the frame. Secure with any integrated straps or clips. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan. The compact folded dimensions (30.2 x 21 x 77.5 cm) ensure it won't take up too much space.

Troubleshooting

• Trolley difficult to fold/unfold: Ensure the base is fully pushed down when unfolding, and fully pulled up when folding. Check for any obstructions in the frame mechanism.
• Wheels not rotating smoothly: Check for debris (sand, dirt, small stones) lodged in the wheel mechanism or axle. Clean as necessary. Ensure wheels are securely attached.
• Handle not locking: Verify that the adjustment button/lever is fully released after setting the desired height/angle. Check for any damage to the locking mechanism.
• Brakes not engaging/releasing: Inspect the brake levers and mechanisms for any obstructions or damage. Ensure they move freely.
